What data do we collect?

      Security

      Eckoh has in place security controls to ensure protection for the personal data we process. This includes, but is not limited to, access controls, firewalls, and encryption. Where any data is processed manually, this is undertaken within a secure environment.

      Eckoh complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Eckoh has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.       Eckoh is further subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
